It is with pleasure we share the news that Jan Valik is among 15 shortlisted artists of the Contemporary British Painting Prize 2021 . This year’s Contemporary British Painting Prize recorded the largest number of entries ever with 5435 submitted artworks out of which the jury and the selectors shortlisted 15 artists.
The first exhibition organized by the Contemporary British Painting Prize 2021 opens on 6th November at Huddersfield Art Gallery in Huddersfield, Yorkshire. The exhibition is on display until 8th January 2022. After Huddersfield, the selection of the exhibition curated by Stacie McCormick will make its way to Unit 1 Gallery in London at the beginning of 2022.
